Tiny house is in trend for quite sometimes and when the tiny house movement reached a tipping point I decided to try my hands on it. I’ve designed various tiny homes for my clients and it’s really fun designing them. I have spent the last month creating a beautifully illustrated design of a tiny house. This 12’x24′ tiny house contains the loft which can comfortably sleep 3-4.
It has been designed keeping in mind the likes and dislikes of an artistic person hence it is suitable for someone who is a painter, designer, photographer, poet and especially the writer kind.
This Ready to Build Tiny House is best suited to be kept in an outdoor environment with lots of fresh air. It is well ventilated; efficiently and aesthetically designed to keep the home owners filled with a positive energy all the time.
THE DESIGN IDEOLOGY
My house designs stand out from the crowd because they not only cater to the tiny house movement but also adds the best of both worlds, one being eco-friendly living and the other minimalism. I designed this home with the goal to maximize the available living area within a minimal ground space. Having a small footprint means using less building materials. And that means keeping money in your pocket [or using it to buy stuff. I’m not here to tell you how to live]. The design is such that the home will feel 8-10 times its size (and it does…trust me). I’ve taken some pretty cool ideas and worked them in to an area that makes sense.
SPECIAL ATTENTION TO COMMON PROBLEMS
Great attention has been put into design to devoid this house from most of the problems that people face when living in a small home. Small bathroom, crumped up living rooms, inefficient energy design, that little headspace in the loft bed and many more intricate details have been taken care of.
Check out the large and very well-lit master bedroom with enough space to add double closet, and see how they will meet your budgetary and spatial needs. This tiny house has 1 bedroom which is on the loft. The bedroom can easily sleep 3 typical adults. There’s ample headspace so that it doesn’t strain on your neck (which tiny house dwellers usually complain). The bedrooms is well ventilated with provisions for ample sunlight.
The most common complaint of tiny house dwellers is that poor planning resulted in insufficient storage space. Well, that isn’t the case with this house, I have provided dedicated storage areas in the house to keep your essentials. You can also use the open to below area and put up the floor there should you feel there’s insufficient storage.
